What are the advantages?

The PONS Dictionary delivers the reliability of a dictionary which has been editorially reviewed and expanded over the course of decades. In addition, the Dictionary is now supplemented with millions of real-life translation examples from external sources. So, now you can see how a concept is translated in specific contexts. You can find the answers to questions like “Can you really say … in German?” And so, you will produce more stylistically sophisticated translations.

Where do the “Examples from the Internet” come from?

The “Examples from the Internet” do, in fact, come from the Internet. We are able to identify trustworthy translations with the aid of automated processes. The main sources we used are professionally translated company, and academic, websites. In addition, we have included websites of international organizations such as the European Union. Because of the overwhelming data volume, it has not been possible to carry out a manual editorial check on all of these documents. So, we logically cannot guarantee the quality of each and every translation. This is why they are marked “not verified by PONS editors”.

What are our future plans?

We are working on continually optimizing the quality of our usage examples by improving their relevance as well as the translations. In addition, we have begun to apply this technology to further languages in order to build up usage-example databases for other language pairs. We also aim to integrate these usage examples into our mobile applications (mobile website, apps) as quickly as possible.

Gebackene Hähnchen Nuggets

Knusper, knusper, Knäuschen.

Da ich oft einfach nicht die Zeit habe mich in die Küche zu stellen und ganz viele einzelne Hähnchenstücke in Mehl und Ei zu wenden, panieren und anzubraten und ich mein Fleisch öfter in selbst gemachtem Pesto fürs Grillen mariniere, hab ich mir gedacht ich versuche das jetz mal so und siehe da, einfacher gehts kaum .

Kein Ei, kein Mehl, kein Wenden, kein Braten…

Das Pesto passt außerdem hervorragend zu Nudeln

Nuggets:

2 Hühnerbrustfilets, klein gewürfelt
3 EL rotes pesto
2-3 Handvoll Cornflakes, klein gedrückt
2-3 ELOlivenöl

140 g getrocknete Tomaten in Öl (abgetropft)
40 g Soft-Tomaten
1 EL Tomatenmark
12 Blätter Basilikum
1 kleine Knoblauchzehe
25 g Pinienkerne
30 g geriebenen Pecorino
50 g Ricotta
1 TL Balsamico dunkel
75 g Olivenöl
Salz
Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Für die Nuggets den Ofen auf 200℃ Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen.

Klein gewürfelte Hähnchenstücke in eine Schüssel geben, Pesto dazutun und gut vermischen.Olivenöl auf einem Backblech oder einer grossen Form verteilen und 5 Minuten in den Ofen stellen.

Die Nuggets 10-15 Minuten im Ofen goldbraun backen.

Chicken Nuggets selbst machen - das Rezept

Eines vorweg: Dies ist ein Low-Carb-Blog, deshalb ist das Rezept kohlenhydratreduziert. Wer einfach nur goldgelbe Chicken Nuggets ohne besonderen Fokus auf Gesundheit genießen will, nimmt statt Süßungsmittel Zucker und statt speziellen Mehlsorten ganz normales Mehl. Besonders meine Stammleser jedoch werden sicher Wert auf die besonderen Zutaten legen.

Wenn wir Chicken Nuggets selber machen wollen, müssen wir einerseits Fleisch panieren und andererseits Sauce herstellen. Die Zubereitung ist ganz einfach und erfordert nicht viel Zeit.

Die Zutaten für das Fleisch

Hühnchenfleisch, in Streifen oder grobe Würfel geschnitten (ca. 350 bis 500 Gramm)
1 Ei
70 Gramm kohlenhydratarmes Mehl - zum Beispiel Konzelmann's Original Mandelmehl
1-2 Gramm Kurkuma-Pulver (für die goldene Färbung)

Auf das Kurkuma-Pulver bin ich besonders stolz. Viele Menschen fragen sich: Wie kriege ich Chicken Nuggets so gold-gelb hin? Das ist die Antwort. Mehr dazu weiter unten bei der Zubereitung.

Zutaten und Zubereitung der Sauce

Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, die Süßsauer-Sauce von McDonald's so gut wie möglich zu imitieren und selber zu machen. Selbst, wenn das Ergebnis nicht zu 100% mit der Sauce von McDonald's übereinstimmen sollte, ergibt sich der letztendliche Geschmack interessanterweise erst dann, wenn man die Sauce mit den Chicken Nuggets zusammen isst. Irgendwie reagieren die Geschmacksnerven dann anders.

100 Gramm Mango-Püree (aus dem Asialaden - alternativ dieselbe Menge Aprikosen, Pfirsiche oder Mangos selbst mit dem Mixer pürieren)
2 Teelöffel Essig (Apfel- oder Brantweinessig)
2 Teelöffel kohlenhydratarmes Mehl (siehe oben)
1 Esslöffel Xylit oder Erythrit (bzw. Zucker)
1 Teelöffel Sojasauce
1/2 Teelöffel Salz
1/2 Teelöffel Knoblauchpulver
nach Bedarf ein wenig Senf und/oder Tomatenmark (nur sehr wenig aus der Tube)

Zubereitung für das Fleisch

Die Herstellung der Panade für das Hähnchen-Fleisch und das anschließende Zubereiten ist ganz leicht. Um Chicken Nuggets selbst machen zu können, muss man lediglich die Regeln des Panierens befolgen.

Das Ergebnis

Chicken Nuggets selber machen - und noch dazu low carb - funktioniert so gut, dass ich fast eine Woche lang jeden Tag auf dieses tolle Rezept zurück gegriffen habe.

Bei uns gab es Rosmarinkartoffeln, Kräuterquark und Piementos (Bratpaprika) dazu. So kann das Wochenende starten.

6 EL Paniermehl

4 EL geriebener Parmesan

etwas abgeriebene Zitronenschale

Hähnchenfilet in kleine Stücke schneiden und dann in Mehl wenden und beiseite legen.

Paniermehl mit Parmesan, Salz, Pfeffer, Oregano und abgeriebener Zitronenschale gut durchmischen.

In einen anderen Teller ein Ei gut verquirlen.

Ich plane jetzt meine nächste Woche und das Wochenende, damit es auch wieder etwas zu berichten gibt.

Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken (White or Dark)
3/4 C Almond Flour (Approximately)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Italian Seasoning
Dried Rosemary
Paprika

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 425.
Cut chicken into bit size nuggets pieces.
In a bowl combine almond flour and spices to taste.
Toss a few pieces of chicken in the almond flour mixture at a time. Once chicken is coated, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the chicken in coated.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 mins or until the chicken is no longer pink. Turn half way through cooking so both sides brown up.

Minden (mt/nas). Die Firma Vossko ruft ihre "Landmark Hähnchen Nuggets" wegen möglicher Allergene zurück. KG gab heute bekannt, dass Hähnchen-Nuggets aus ihrem Eigenmarken-Sortiment zurückgerufen werden müssen. Wie das Unternehmen mitteilt, kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass durch eine Vermischung von Faltschachteln im Herstellungsprozess einzelne Packungen mit der Bezeichnung "Landmark Hähnchen Nuggets" das Produkt "Backteignuggets" enthalten.

Allergikern wird dringend abgeraten das Produkt zu essen, da es zu einer allergischen Reaktion kommen kann.

Betroffen sind tiefgekühlte Hähnchen-Nuggets der Penny-Marke "Landmark" ausschließlich mit dem Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum 28.07.2018. Das Tiefkühlprodukt wird in Penny-Märkten angeboten. Kunden können das Produkt auch ohne Vorlage des Kaufbelegs im jeweiligen Markt gegen Erstattung des Kaufpreises zurückgeben.
